Are you yin or yang ?

When you are alone, is it solitude or loneliness, or are we even afraid to discuss this?

And when we try to still the mind is it sublime or are you interrupted with all the peripheral subliminal our senses  have picked up?

Once we accept the duality of our mind we resolve part of our conflict.
