Guacamole

The intricacies of a Cookbook

An Avocado Salad

This is for a cookbook that I am putting together. The intention here is to create an attractive center piece,  surrounded with guacamole in vegetables shells with corn chips,

Guacamole typically is mashed ripe avocados with diced onions, tomatoes, garlic, peppers, lime juice, cumin, salt and pepper to taste.

. This would make a great veggie canapé  tray for a warm summer party for your guests.

    • This is really a straight forward recipe…with a little more of your wonderful imagination you could make it look and taste even greater.

      • I wish we had ingredients for sale locally as good looking as this photograph! We have lots of supermarkets everywhere this post reminds me to try and find more delicatessens to shop from!

      • I’m sure if the local markets don’t have all those so called exotic stuff available you must live in a small town, and so…. you have most certainly have cleaner air and quieter environment to be contemplative…I hope!!!

  15. Delicious, now I know what I want for lunch.
